Description - ?The Cure for the Common Company!? Over $2 million in Research and Development, nearly 100,000 interviews, 36 months of study, review, discussion, surveying, creating, designing, building, revising, and rebuilding, equals the most complete Staffing and Virtual Networking site on the web! ?and it?s only for those within the healthcare community and the businesses who support them. Our goal is to make a connection with every healthcare professional on the planet. There may be several degrees of separation, but we believe that if every user refers their colleagues, we will eventually touch each member of the global healthcare community. Our Health Staff Connect, Inc. teams spent 24 months studying and reviewing the most used components of the top rated virtual networking communities on the web; we surveyed over 50,000 users and have begun to develop the most complete virtual, professional and social networking application on the market. We interviewed over 5,000 practice owners, healthcare administrators, and staffing agency executives to better understand how they seek candidates and what methods they use to build relationships in their professional lives. We surveyed nearly 25,000 healthcare professionals and practitioners around the U.S. who were currently looking for employment, or recently attained employment within all disciplines of healthcare; those working in private practice, hospitals, healthcare clinics, device and supply manufacturing facilities, distribution companies, and supply houses; those who used online and offline resources to attain job placement and/or build relationships with colleagues; and discussed some of their specific responses in order to help us better understand what they desired in an all-inclusive staffing and networking website. The input we received from your colleagues built this site. About 85% of the respondents wanted a networking site with intrinsic value and not just a site to reconnect with ?friends? or ?classmates?. Over 90% of those we interviewed liked the idea of having the option of creating both interdisciplinary (within other disciplines) and intradisciplinary (within their own discipline) healthcare relationships with like-minded professionals. Nearly everyone we interviewed or surveyed said they were not satisfied with the staff placement resource they were either currently using or were currently being used by. All said they would like it better if they could control more of the staffing process to ensure they were able to choose or were being chosen by the best person/organization for their particular needs. And frankly, they wanted options. Candidates wanted to have multiple job opportunities available to them daily and employers wanted several qualified candidates to choose from when they were ready to look for help. We have addressed all of those issues and many, many more. Welcome to Health Staff! Using candidate-employer work experience compatibility programming, we are modeling our employment matching components after sites like and Eharmony; resume and job searching components from sites like Monster and Career Builder, social and professional networking capabilities from sites like Facebook and LinkedIn, health related information from sites like WebMD and We combined all those capabilities into one site and you have the most powerful healthcare site on the web. Whether you are a healthcare practitioner or assist a practitioner, work within any of the many healthcare administrative functions, a student, educator, or researcher, an insurance representative or salesperson, healthcare regulator, product or service supplier, product manufacturer, or provider of products or services either generally or specifically aimed at or tied directly to the healthcare provider community; this site is specifically tailored for you.
