He Kept It For Himself



I have traveled the world far and wide from the jungles of the Caribbean to the deserts of Arabia. From the caucus mountains to great remote regions of the orient. Amazed at the beauty of this planet and astounded by its wonders.



But of all the sites I have seen and of the adventures I have experienced there is only truly one that lets me know there is a God some where out there. This creation of the Almighty is worthy of worship above all other creations of his.



This Creature, this wonder of nature, this marvel of the universe

Has set the soul of man on fire

Has lit his every desire

Has driven him to acts of passion

And feats of bravery

And I must say if God made anything better he kept it for himself.



This Creature, this delicate being, this wonder of the ages

Has filled mans heart with joy

Has played with mind like a toy

And quite often left him scratching his head in confusion.

And I truly believe if God made anything better he kept it for himself.



What makes this creature so amazing?

Is it that look from its eyes that tames the beast within man?

Or touch of its hand that brings about a submission of his heart?

Could be the feel of its body that leaves man yearning for more?

Again I must say if God made anything better he kept it for himself



With every breath it takes, every move it makes, you will find man watching this creature. What is so unique about a creature that it comes in so many shapes and sizes? I think it is the essence that its wrap in, that has become an enigma to man.



As a man I count myself fortune to own one of these gifts from God, but when I really think about it I am the one that is possessed by its heart. When I look into its eyes my spirit is quicken and my soul held captive.

And I know if God made anything better then the one I haveI know he kept it for himself.



So what is the name of this creature that I have rumble on about. Well some men call it their help-mate others a rib, I have even heard some use the term soul-mate and most men say there better half. But I myself like the power in the name that the Almighty gave it, when he presented it to me WOMAN.



MY WOMAN, I like the sound of that and the fact that if GOD made anything better then MY WOMAN he damn-sho kept it for himself.
