personal message"I'm Just Being Honest" It's now 2009 and I've decided that this year will be one of reckoning. Not that I feel like I haven't kept it 100 before, but I've made a pact with myself to make a special effort of it. Does that mean that a few people may get hurt in the process? Perhaps. But it will not be done maliciously. It will occur none-the-less. The first step is being honest with myself about who I am and what I really want out of life. Sad to say, it may not include some who are already in my life. If I can figure out a way to make it so, I will. If not, I MUST cut my losses and move on...for the sanity of everyone. I cannot continue to deny myself in leu of disappointing or saddening someone else. I have to really, truly, start looking out for my own best interests and find a way to cushion the blow of it to extra parties involved. The hardest part for me will be standing my ground and pushing forward, even if I can't find a way to do that. I shouldn't have to choose, but I will. I believe I am destined for greatness.
