Eugene Jacquescoley is a California native who happens to be the first cousin of the late Nate Dogg. He is also a gerontologist who has performed professionally as a singer/songwriter for the past thirty years. "Can This Black Man Sing The Blues" was inspired by the events of Katrina. The LP's "Can This Black Man Sing The Blues", "Armadillo" and "The Black Horse" are available.
