Hey hey hey!!!

This is the official black planet page of Janita "Applebaum" Styles. Radio personality for 100.3 The Beat in Philadelphia. You can catch me on the air Saturday from 6-10am and Sunday from 10-2pm.

To give you a little background on me... I grew up in Portland, Oregon. I graduated Benson H.S in 1999 and attended the University of Nevada on a Track Scholarship. While I was in Reno going to school and running...I was Music Director and Assistant Program Director for KWYL Wild 102.9 After doing that for 2 years, I was offered the midday position at WRDW wired 96.5 in Philadelphia. I was on the air from 10-2 Monday-Friday for 3 years...currently I am working Part time at WPHI 100.3 The Beat. I am also a community spokesperson for the Philadelphia Phillies.
