Few Words Equal Many Great Deeds.
Julian is 39 years old. 235lbs standing 6'2. I have one 13y/o son. I have never been married. I'm a Realtor, Home Designer and also a maintenance man.

Buyers: It doesnt get any better than this. Property values are at their lowest. Translation low down payments and low notes. So please stop listening to your so-called know-it-all friends and other negative influences. They don't want to see u move anyway lol. Ask a Realtor, better yet ask me. This is what I do.

Sellers: I can get you what is fair for your property. Your home is the most important investment, so I don't consider it "inventory". Contact me and we can construct a plan that best suits your situation.

Investors: Being a Realtor and having maintenance experience, I can give my best opinion of whats a good deal and whats a great investment. I can look at a property and give you a ball park figure of what it would cost to get that property up and running. This saves u time and money. However, let me say this, I am not a license home inspector. My opinion is just that an opinion. But my eyes can save alot of heartache and worry.
