So please stop listening to your so-called know-it-all friends and other negative influences. They don't want to see u move anyway lol. Ask a Realtor, better yet ask me. This is what I do. Sellers: I can get you what is fair for your property. Your home is the most important investment, so I don't consider it "inventory". Contact me and we can construct a plan that best suits your situation. Investors: Being a Realtor and having maintenance experience, I can give my best opinion of whats a good deal and whats a great investment.
