3. Multiply blessings and kindness
4. Divide your time for productivity

As we come into another year, please encourage yourself and remember that you were placed on Earth to accomplish "Great Things." Listen to God's voice and "Do the Darn thing in 2017!" When you are focused, Nobody can stop you. Go ahead and Accomplish the Dream in 2017!

When you are going through your day, remember that you are placed on earth to accomplish great things. It doesn't matter what other people say about you, it was what God says and what you believe. God says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. That's enough to pat myself on the back.

Keep your Head Up my Black People. Don't let other people (that don't unstand our struggle) get you down. We are survivors and conquerors by blood and nature. This too shall pass.

My heart and spirit is hurting because of the shootings of innocent Black Men. When will it Stop? It needs to STOP NOW! What do we tell our children? How do we react?

After visiting the Countries of New Zealand and Australia, I have found that there is friendly people everywhere. Furthermore, African Americans are not the only people who have had struggles and have (for the most part) overcome. I have drawn strength from the native New Zealandlandets (Maori) and native Australians (Aboriginal people).

No matter what trials that you face (or maybe going through right now), you are victorious. When you are going through, don't be bitter. Your attitude determines your outcome. Remember that it could be much worse. Trouble don't last always.
