Reporting to the Director of Operations, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of production system support and administration including monitoring, installation, configuration, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, backup and recovery of OCHWW s JDE implementation.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the OCHWW s JDE implementation per our business SLA s:
Hands-on position
Work with the IT Team to maintain Sox complianceWork directly with on-site SQL DBA Support a monitoring system to maintain performance and availability Provide on call support during and after business hours
Occasional after hours maintenance and upgrade work Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Support the company's harassment-free work environment policy. Support Code of Business Conduct Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to this position.Qualifications/Requirements: BS in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of general Senior CNC Support administration/Management of JDE products
5 + years experience with ERP systems preferred (JD Edwards, WebSphere, PeopleSoft & WebMethods - XPI a plus)Experience with virtualization, servers clustering, replication, hardware replication, and disaster recovery. Knowledge of verisions prior to 9.X important.

Strong system support knowledge
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Creative thinking, excellent communication and project related management skills are essential.
