Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Must have one of the following (can be non-concurrent):
    • 6 months of face to face customer service experience within a sales, retail, or service industry
    • 6 months of sales experience face to face or by phone where sales performance was measured in goals, quotas, commissions, or compared with others
    • 3 months of face to face sales, face to face customer service or face to face retail experience within a sales, retail or service industry AND 3 months of leadership experience in a club or organization
  • Must be available to work an average of 48 hours per week
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more then 2 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents within past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour, or moving to location of job posting within 30 days or 30 days post-graduation from college
