May Center for Adult Services is looking for qualified Direct Care Professionals to work directly with adults with autism and mental retardation at our residential programs in Revere, Burlington, Topsfield, Holbrook, and Randolph.
Responsibilities:
Skill development and community integration Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs Behavioral interventions Participating in the development of ISP objectives and documenting consumer progress Dispensing medications
Requirements:
Previous behavioral experience strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver s license and 3 years of driving experience Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred Previous human services experience strongly preferred
