Contacts physician offices and other clients  to solicit new outpatient laboratory business.  Maintains marketing materials.  Updates outpatient procedure manual, pamphlets, and order forms.  Ensures adequate supplies are available without overstocking.  Provides onsite assistance to accounts; meets client expectations for assistance as required.  Provides same day response to request for assistance.  Installs related computer programs as required.  Effectively deals with peers, subordinates and other hospital personnel.  Maintains patient confidentiality.  Performs other duties as assigned.

BA/BS in Healthcare related field required. Minimum of five (5) years Clinical Laboratory Marketing experience is required, recent experience is preferred.  Clinical Laboratory Scientist preferred/ASCP acceptable.  Clean DMV record required.
