Nurse Manager NICU

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the 24 hour, seven (7) days a week, management of the NICU staff, supervision and delivery of quality patient care, operational, fiscal and materials management of the unit.

The successful applicant will be a California Licensed Registered Nurse with two years supervisory or management experience and three years clinical nursing experience in a Level III NICU. You must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong computer and leadership skills. Current BLS and NRP from AAP or AHA required. Must obtain fire safety training within 6 months of employment. Experience in CPQCC and CCS data entry required.
