JOB SUMMARY:The Integrated Guarding Specialist supports the Region staff, Branch Managers and Account Managers in new product demonstrations and product proposals across all of Company s product lines. This role is integral to help the Company achieve sales and profitability objectives. Additionally, the Integrated Guarding Specialist acts as the bridge between Sales and Marketing and each field office.

1. Deliver web-based sales presentations alongside Region staff, Branch Managers and Account Managers; understand and clearly articulate Company s value proposition.
2. Possess or develop deep subject matter knowledge of all Company solutions and their use in practical business settings.
3. Provide ongoing development and maintain demonstration scripts.
4. Under the guidance of Branch Managers and Account Managers, deliver product demonstrations.
5. Tailor each demonstration and presentation to audience needs and requests by configuring the demo based on prospect discovery work.
6. Continuously learn and collaborate with each Region and Branch to assimilate new and advanced features into presentation material.
7. Aggregate and document product and service requests to assist each Region and Branch.
8. Represent the Company as part of the Sales and Marketing Group at trade shows as needed.
9. Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s Degree in business, sales and three years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Relevant college coursework preferred and may substitute for the required experience on a month-for-month basis.
Experience with Company s products is strongly preferred.
Experience as a Sales Support Specialist / Demo Specialist preferred.
Experience in Sales or Account Management a plus.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
Computer Skills
o General knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point, Access.
o Familiarity with WebEx is desired.
o Technical Aptitude is required.

Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands
