Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Regional Technical Service Manager position. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing dealer technical training and information for the North California, Nevada, and Utah regions on all Goodman and Amana products. This includes information on installation, service and troubleshooting. • Travel to dealer meetings to present training sessions

• Taking calls from dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues
• Producing training materials for sessions

Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Customer service skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Formal Product Training

HVAC technical knowledge
