Charter Business™ provides business organizations with scalable, tailored, and cost-effective broadband communications solutions, such as business-to-business Internet access, data networking, video and music entertainment services, and business telephone service. Charter’s advertising sales and production services are sold under the Charter Media® brand.

At Charter, we continually strive to improve every aspect of our customers’ experience with us. As part of this effort, we created Charter Centers of Excellence -- call centers that specialize in specific customer needs: billing and repair, new product sales, high-speed Internet, and telephone. Charter’s focus on improving the customer experience also extends to our installation and repair technicians in the field, whose appointment schedules are organized and updated using the latest mobile-dispatch technologies.
