What is a Strong Black Woman? You see the answer here when you look at me. A strong black woman is beautiful, she is elegance, a "real class act". A diva in the spot light for her moment, yeah that's me! There is a difference between a black woman and a strong black woman. What is the difference? A black woman may have some form of the qualities mentioned above, but a strong black woman owns those qualities, they are apart of her soul. What is a Strong Black Man? A strong black man is many things, but more importantly; what is a strong black man for me? The qualities I search for in a man have to do with his inner strength. When I see him; he will BE confidence, when we converse, I will hear the compassion in his voice, and when we touch, it won't be SEX that makes me feel good, it will be his heart that has offered intamacy for my hungry soul. Passion is his name, love is what he claims, but lust is not for him because he's not a playa at heart. Joy is what he longs to bring to me, it makes him so happy when I smile. I love to live and live for my children, they are my strengh, I`ve asked my self when I look in the mirror, what do I see? My answer was and still is...I see beauty (in and out),strength, endurance, long suffering, power, and devotion. I bring all these things from my inner self and so much more. I love to love; and love to be loved. I like to cater and be catered too. This is who I am, love it or leave it.
