What`s up to all that visit this page. My name is Ken, but on BlackPlanet I am going by the name of kenapa. I am the son of a American Mother and a West Indian Father and I love them both. I am a graduate of the University of Maryland-Eastern Shore in which I was a student in Computer Science. At UMES, I was a middle distance runner for the UMES Track team(800 (1:53), 1500 (4:01)). ">Well I guess I can tell you`ll a little something about myself. I am currently a software developer and consultant working in Southern Maryland for one of the biggest Govenrment Contracting Companies in the country. I guess I always knew what I wanted to do with my life, but damn it took so long to get here. But I have not arrived yet :-)

I recently settled on my new house. Yeah that`s right(boost me), my own home. I truly thank God for providing me with the means to accomplish such a thing.
My life on a whole is great and it is just starting to come into focus, due to my sprituality and my firm belief in the power of God. For some of you`ll on the planet who do not knowI amreally ano non-sense individual with a hate for conflict and confusion. I have too much peace in my life to be dealing with confusion. There are too manygoals that I need to accomplish to be dealing with such things. Basically I have an obligation to myself to become a leader in the software industry, an obligation to my mother because without her support I would not be where I am at today, and a obligation to my black community for which I came from. So in reality I cannot and will not fail. Now that you`ll know a little something about me how bout you tell me something about yourselves. The guestbook is always open.

One last thought before I go. Here is a Bible verse in which I live by everyday. It is from Phil 4:13 and it states: Yes, I do Love Jesus. He is my source of existence and Savior. He keeps me functioning each and everyday. Without Him, I will be nothing. Without Him, I am nothing. But with Him I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. Phil 4:13
