I want to send a big shout out to my daughter and her husband for blessing me with my first grandson. Mama and daddy are doing well and adjusting to the new reality of this little person in their lives. The grandmothers and great grandparents are beseiging them with the do this do that. I , however will remain the quiet consultant. When they ask I will tell while giving gentle nudgings along the way to help them navigate the others. My grandson KJ is quite the bruiser. My daughter has married a man I absolutely approve of.She is expecting my first grandchild, nicknamed, Ace, since he is the first of my grandkids. I am the only one who will call him that. It's a grandpapi thing, you may not understand.;)

My son has graduated high school, gotten his driver license and is on to college.

Thanks to you, my friends, for all the love and support, this grown bad boy is in the high gear
of a personal renaissance begun 1 year ago today.
I have left the perceived security of the corporate world to re-gain control
of my earning power, chosen vocation, and to finish of the raising of my young prince. Please
understand that my days often stretch from 12 -19 hours. Long hours but worth it for the
autonomy. I am now involved in a thriving e-commerce venture, studying for computer
certifications - completed 2, am a procurement specialist for a REIT ( Real Estate Investment Trust)
and run a fledge-ling help desk business in The Bronx, NY.
I have begun chapter 2 of my life and it's just a bit hectic - I AM LOVING IT!!! ;)
The sacrifices, long days and hard work now, will pay their dividends later - at least that is
the plan. For all my wonderful, beautiful and precious women friends who have blessed me with
their trust and encouraged me, please, don't take it personal if it I appear unavailable. Please know
that I cherish our friendships more than words can say.
Bidnez must be a priority right now. You who know me will understand this.
