Larry Haney won't be going to church this morning.

He'll spend a few minutes praying quietly at home and thanking the Lord for the blessings that have come his way. But he will not set foot in his church St. Stephen Missionary Baptist and he won't worship with a congregation he has come to regard as family.

It's in his legal interest not to.
