Hey Kole, I just read "The Chance She Took" and It was off the hook! The way you built your characters was great. I got the book in the mail early friday afternoon and stayed up all night reading it!!! I couldnt put it down. The twists kept me reading and wanting more! I cant wait to read your second book, im hoping to learn more about Chance and why he killed that man. I hope you keep writing the way you do, when a reader feels like they know the characters personally, it makes it all the better. Hope

OUTSTANDING! Both of your novels are fantastic! I am very critical about sequels, but you really delivered the goods. You actually picked me up and carried me away. The characters were so well fleshed out that by the time I was done, I really felt like I had known these people all my life. Plus, you set up the next book very well. You are AN OUTSTANDING AUTHOR! I greatly enjoyed your new novel! This was one hell of a sequel! The story was so deep! You had me really caught up in the sex scenes too. I could almost feel Chance's touch as I read through the pages and your descriptions were so vivid! Very well written, Mr. Black! I had read another review of yours somewhere that called you a "New York Times Best Seller" in the making> and I have to agree! You have truly earned the spot that you now hold on my bookshelf. Once again, you got me feindin' for your next book!

Hey Kole, just finished reading "The Risk of Chance" & OMG!!! It was off da hook! All the women at my job are raving about this new novel! We were so surprised by all the plot twists you created! What can I say other than OUTSTANDING? This was urban fiction at it's best! Your novel had me glued to the pages. And the love scenes were so hot, that I ALMOST PASSED OUT a couple of times! You truly took me to another place in time. If an author's job is to build a world that a reader can escape in to. Then I must say "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!"

5 out of 5 STARS!!! And I have to give you 1-extra star because you are SO DAMN SEXY!

I am not the one to take the time to give an author the credit that is rightfully due to them, but after reading The Chance She Took, I had to break tradition and give Mr. Black some well deserved praise. The Chance She Took is a definite page turner!! Mr. Black is truly talented writer whose words allow the readers to visually connect with the characters. I eagerly await his next masterpiece and I am proud to add his works to my book collection. The Chance She Took is a definite must read and I would recommend that others buy this book and support this gifted writer.

I saw your book being featured on Zane's page and just had to have it! So I went and bought four copies for me and my girlz. And I gotta say that it was HOTTER THAN HOT!!! You wrote the hell outta those love scenes. It's rare to find a male author that can craft a story about a woman, tell it from her point of view and tell it the way it's supposed to be told! I work in a call center at an insurance company and all the women in my department are fighting over your book.(LOL) None of us are getting any work done! (LMAO) You are gonna get us fired! (LOL)
