Walking to the bus stop on slauson and seeing Nipsey Hussle hand out his mixtape on the center divider to what he became had so much positive influence on my generation. Just the few conversations I had with him in hs changed my view on a lot of things. Growing up in the hood you get this mindset that you gotta have big flashy stuff and shoot mfs. So I’ve have really been clubbin or had a girls trip or anything. Now that I’m taking a break from having kids and my husband has a remote job. I have time where I can go out and be an adult. But Idk how lol. My homegirls all look at me like I’m crazy. I have two drink and be ready to come home. I want to do a weekend trip with my girls and really just let kids. Let out the old me. I feel like she’s be dormant for far too long lol.

About 6 years ago before me and my husband were married. He was at my house chillin we was both broke af I was a college student he was a college grad tryna find a job.
