My name is Karen and I have been on BP for a short time and have view several people and seems to me that guys on BP have their pick on who they would like to get to know. So I'll just play it by ear and see what notes I'll get. I love people I can hold a conversation with anyone. In my profession you have to be able to communicate so I have learn that being a good listener helps you commmunicate better.

May you have long life and prosper Queen.

Two little poems for you:

TIME

We
only
have
seconds
to
live,
yet
we
spend
hours
dying.

DOWNSIZING

When
we
become
so
BIG
that
we
forget
how
to
be
small,
GOD
deflates
us.

IAM thinking of my friend this morning and thought i would share with her my newest poem in hope that it would touch, inspire, lift her up, and make a difference this day, in some small way...

"Thru a haze of bitter tears we are eternally optimistic ~
armed with such confidence in the ONE that we serve...
all are NOthing more than mere jars of clay wearing
our stain glass masquerades....."

- Terrybabes

WHAT POEM

What poem can write me of how
your energy of presence has blessed me?

What poem can express the un-expressible?

The solitary lines of cosmic dust
that hold the inner fabric together?

the stitch of hitch and loving friendship quilt
that make the stars dance and trees sway
in the blowing wind of supportive thought -

and wishes that wash and kiss us clean again
with renewed faith and strength to continue
on this journey...

the Light that can blind us if not for Grace that
enfolds and sustains us;

the words not spoken in the silence of heart's core,
to find another companion that can taste the unspeakable
of ourselves as a reflection of ourselves -

the mirrored poem of continuous singing song bird,

the
YOU,
the
i,
the
WE

that BE an eternal happening..

this poem -

louder than louder not spoken but experienced
as undefined movement within -

traversing the lofty mountains of self exploration...

My
joy
YOU!
