What's Going On?

Yesterday in the news, it was reported that a student attacked a Baltimore art teacher because the teacher told the student to sit down and behave. To make the story worse [as if it could be], the other students watched and cheered [and recorded] the student on while she repeated struck the teacher. What?? Is this what goes on in schools nowadays? I don't want to give you the old "back in my day..."story, but how can how can I even talk... (continue reading)

This may be an unpopular opinion but I think we as a people [Black people] are worse off today than we were before. Some will argue that we have made progress, but there are two sides to the "coin of progress". On one side you have the economical and political progress we have made.
