Wow, I forgot how much I like Blackplanet, it is like a virtual chill spot. You can relax, listen to music, and have great conversations with people on your level. An added bonus, there is not all the drama that comes with other social networkng sites. Well, not much has changed about me. I'm still very laid back, but I'm a little more assertive and less naive, from the time I initially opened my black planet account. I'm the soon to be divorced mother of two, and the divorce is no big deal because it's been a long time coming (hahaha). <> I have a B.A. in Mass Communications, I'm currently dabbing in the radio world, but Public Relations is my passion. I love shoes and handbags because they never get to small (hahaha). I used to say I have expensive taste, but truly I just have an eye for quality and we all know quality costs. I still look for bargains. <> Speaking of bargains I have two of the most beautiful little girls, they're wonderful and have great personalities for kids. They are now 9 and 10 and very good shopping buddies, and unlike me they are always ready to hit the streets. I figure they must be what real "go getters" are like. <> I have an Aunt who is really like the big sister I never had and a second mom all rolled into one. I love staying home and just chillin' , I don't like the club, but I do go out sometimes. I would rather hit like a nice jazz spot or a good movie instead of clubbing. <> I have one best friend who knows where all the bodies are buried, but I have many people I can call friend. My bestie claims that I make to many friends and always end up hurt. <> My sister once called me the "broken wing fixer" and that I am. I wear my heart on my sleave and give more than I ever receive or expect to receive. I tried to change and be tougher, but a very wise woman told me, you will no longer be you and do not let the world change you. If someone is trying to use you then that's is on them.<> My life is very simple with splashes of excitment every now and then. I'm happy.
