My personality, characteristics and traits could likely be described best as: personable; sociable; witty (strong sense of humor and occasionally cynical); intellectual; independent thinker; spiritual; family oriented; caring; sensitive; political; devoted and loyal friend; adventurous; "hopeless romantic and sentimental fool"; sensitive; uninhibited nature with secure heterosexual, masculine sexuality. My late-father, an educator, once told me that ignorance is simply "not knowing" and that it can be fixed. However, there is no fix for stupidity. So, I try to avoid it both in my personal being and in others. I sometimes fail miserably in my own stupidity!!-LOL The Internet has greatly broadened the opportunity to meet people from backgrounds, interests, experiences and talents different from my own. I have a career of more than 40 years in broadcasting (TV news, sports, community affairs, ownership); radio and print media, public relations and media consultancy. But the Internet is unparalleled in what it offers. And social networking???? No way to describe it beyond "incredible, awesome!" However, I have not joined this or any other site in a serach for an ultimate romance or perfect love. Those options could be mindboggling as God knows there are innumerable options that could likely fit that bill. So, I simply accept the chance to make new friends and should a "perfect fit" drop into the experience, then sobeit. But, it ain't likely.-(smiles) I sure ain't no single woman's "perfect fit, only man."!!!-LOL I've tried that before... didn't work. So, let's just take life as it comes. I've had two exceptionally wonderful ex-wives with whom I have three terrifc adult children and two adorable grands. I was raised an only son of two loving parents and with three lovely sisters. Nothing replaces a loving family, even close, civil, respectful and loving (agape) relationships with both exes. Life is always good... even in the worst of times. I dare not complain as there is always somebody else much worse off than I.
