Born and raised in Africa. After the studies of philosophy and Theology, he was accepted into the University of Louvain, the prestigious Belgian University, one of oldest of Europe. He finished with Distinction a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication studies, then a Masters Degree in Communication studies and a Doctorate in Information and Communication Science. He is the Head of Department of Information and Communication Science at the University of Kinshasa in DRC.
