I left Blackplanet for years because of the changes and her they go with the Boofaley.

Over 6000 steps in already and its not even 9:00 am yet.

My target for steps is 6000 a day I am 5700 already and it is 7:47 am. I may hit 7000 today.

I got up this morning and went to work out. I am proud of my progress.

Got up at 5:00 to go work out and now I am starting to work. Have a great day, BP!

What a beautiful morning today, I have some running around to do.

I just want to thank God for putting me on the wake up list this morning. I am so grateful.

My supervisor asked me this morning, why didn't I take the day off. I told him I always work on my birthday.
