Thank you for visiting my page. I usually don't put much on my page, cause you get a lot of nonsense notes... but I just thought I would write a little someting about me... my thoughts... basically. Starting a new phase in life gets a person thinking... what have I not done yet?... What would I like to do that I never thought of doing? How do I live that I don't make the same mistakes or poor choices as I have in the past? It is amazing what happens between 30 and 35. You take a real inventory of your life. And as a mature woman, I feel empowered and more confident than ever. I know that I want to accomplish much more in the next 35 years than I did in the previous. I am originally from Jamaica, Queens, NY, but I have been living in Baltimore for 13 years. I have been blessed with many friends and the best children. I am also greatful for my three young ladies. I never thought I would be a mother to that many girls, but God must have known what he was doing when he allowed me to give birth to each of them. They are each a blessing and have filled my life with joy. And though I am seperated and there is no hope for the marriage, I am blessed to have been married for so many years... Without the last 13 years, I know that I would not be the same woman that I have become. My experiences have shown me how a man should treat a woman and how to be my own voice. I will say to anyone that is considering marriage, that communication is key.... It is not just about talking, but it is also about listening, hearing, understanding and consideration. And it is also about comprimise... you can't always have your way. There has to be give and take on both parts. And most of all there has to be respect ... Well that is enough of my thoughts.
