Recommend this profile to your Facebook friends. personal messageFirst of all, I give honor and praises to my Lord and Savior for it is had not been for him, I truly don't know where I would be. To my mother, you have truly given me the necessary tools to be the man that God has wanted me to be and though I am not perfect, I bless God for you. My name is Joshua Maye, and I'm a 23 year old native Washingtonian who loves everything that it has to offer though it needs some modifications. My first name means " the one who saves" and it is important that we all know the meaning of our name, because it is no better feeling then to know and for others to acknowledge that you are truly living up to the name your parent's gave you. Right now I am single, because I have somethings to work on before I can even attempt to ask God to provide me with that special female to share myself with. Nevertheless, I am open to friendship and especially networking with not only other believers but anyone who wants to make a difference not only spiritual, but physically and mentally for our generation, because no one knows our issues and tribulations better then we do. Currently, I am a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University majoring in Political Science. I plan to go on to Seminary to be a military chaplain. Though this is my plan, whatever God wants me to do for the betterment of his Kingdom as difficult as it may be, I will do it. I am not perfect, never have been but I know that God has called me to preach the gospel but more importantly to bring the young and the old to Christ. I know I sound like I'm a serious person all the time, but I love chilling with my family of course but equally my friends especially going bowling though I'm not the best and going to the movies. I love politics, because understanding it allows you to be in control to help change things, especially when its needed the most. I also have a deep admiration and appreciation for the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and when you see them wherever just say Thank You. Before I leave you, if I can be of any assistance to you through prayer or conversation, do not hesitate to let me know. May God keep you in the hollow of his hand until we meet again. |
