1) I abhor people who abuse animals, children or the elderly. I think it says a lot about a person when they will willingly target someone or something who's incapable of defending themselves.

2) I have a twin sister named Jemma and no, I don't know if we're identical or fraternal twins. Anyone who has a problem with this can feel free to donate the several hundred dollar fee to have our DNA tested and put this argument to rest already!

3) I consider myself to be a summer person, although I seem to feel at my most content when it's cold and raining outside. Weird.

4) I am a weirdo magnet and I've finally come to accept it without question. I can't seem to take public transport anywhere or sit down in the Hay Street Mall for a minute without some fruitcake approaching me about one thing or another.

5) This April will mark my 10 year anniversary of working in the settlement industry. I've been with my current company for over 4 years now and I can't imagine working anywhere else.

6) My friends often tell me that I have a penchant for finding and subsequently ordering the smallest, most expensive and over-rated dessert on every menu when we go out together. Well, I guess I have to be exceptionally talented at something!

7) I've never been much of a drinker and I loathe pubs and nightclubs, with the exception of a couple of Sydney spots. I wish people wouldn't take it so personally when I don't care to attend their birthday/bon voyage/leaving the company/engagement/other special occasion drinks at their local pub or club because there is really nothing personal about it!

8) I love traveling but I don't enjoy the "living out of a suitcase" aspect of it or of staying in hotels. I regularly get homesick when I'm away from home. I've been to a few different countries in Europe and seen a bit of the U.S but it's a big world out there and I'm nowhere near finished yet. I was fortunate enough to be born into a family who gets heavily discounted airfares and class upgrades because of my Dad's former employment at Qantas, although I haven't taken as much advantage of it as I would like.

9) I'm fascinated by anything "new age", although I can't make up my mind how I feel about psychics. I'm inexplicably drawn to them but skeptical at the same time. I'm a walking contradiction.

10) Sometimes I feel that I spend much more time thinking/worrying about death and the afterlife than actually living. I'm also a complete hypochondriac. Please don't tell me about your own ailments, it will only serve to convince me that I have whatever you have.

11) I tend to lack motivation in most areas of my life, infact, I'm still trying to figure out how I found the motivation to type this list! I'm quite an emotional person but most people would never be able to tell. I don't think I've ever cried in public before, and rarely do in private, either.

12) It really annoys me when people approach me on the street and ask me to donate to their charities. If I wanted to donate to your charity then I'm capable of coming over to you of my own accord! I think it's wrong to harass people into doing something and it takes away from the good deed itself when it feels forced. One of my other pet peeves is people who walk too slowly in front of me and people who bump me when they walk past and don't bother to apologise or pause to see if I'm okay. Chivalry really is dead!

13) I have many acquaintances but very few people that I consider friends. Quality over quantity, I say!

14) Unlike most females, I have no interest at all in chatting on the phone. If you want to speak to me about something, please either send me a text message, email, or arrange to see me in person!

15) I sponsor a child in Brazil called Darlaile Batista. She is absolutely gorgeous and is the spitting image of my god-daughter, Fadielah. I think it was written in the stars.

16) I'm not nearly as outgoing as some people might think, infact, I can be quite anti-social. However, I'm quite the opposite when it comes to maintaining online friendships. It's so much easier to "interact" with people when I don't have to get out of my pyjamas to do it.

17) My short term memory is absolutely appalling but my long term memory is surprisingly quite good. You'd be amazed at some of the insignificant aspects of my childhood that I have no trouble recalling but I'd really struggle to tell you what I had for dinner last night.

18) I spend much more money on clothes than I should do and half of my clothes live in the laundry because I don't have a prayer of being able to fit them all into my wardrobe. Shopping is like therapy to me.

19) I'm not a religious person but I consider myself to be very spiritual. I have my religion listed as "Pantheist" on my facebook page because that's the religion that I think best describes my spiritual beliefs. For those who don't know, Pantheists believe that all natural things possess a spirit/soul and that the universe is "god", as opposed to an actual person. Imagining god in human form only makes us believe that we're superior to other living beings, which is quite arrogant, in my opinion.

21) I've never touched illicit drugs in my life and have never felt any desire to do so. True story.

22) Sleeping is without question my favourite past-time and I can never seem to get enough of it. I think I was a cat in a previous life.

23) The quality that I most admire in people is honesty. I try my best to be as honest as I can be, wherever possible.

24) I recently discovered that my ancestor was the captain of one of the first convict ships to arrive in Australia. A harbour was even named "Korff's Harbour" in his honour. It's now known as the famous Coff's Harbour. I also have blood ties to Russian royalty in my family tree.

25) I've always considered myself to be very much an R&B girl music-wise, but I've been branching out a bit in recent years. Some of my favourite bands at the moment are Kings of Leon, Fall Out Boy, Paramore & the Gipsy Kings.
