~ Love your mother, sister or brother because when they're gone you can't say 'I love you'.

~ If your mate doesn't love you, you should leave them. How else will you find the mate that does?

~ You should laugh more

~ Help someone in Haiti

~ Eat more vegetables

~ Take a vacation

~ Go to the Doctor

~ Surprise a loved one with an unexpected note

~ Animals provide unconditional love that some people may never experience

~ Ask for directions if you're lost

You see it everywhere and you always have. Now, I'm not singling out men, because I'll talk about why women cheat later on.

Of course this is JMO, just my opinion. Being around friends for so long, there is bound to be some cheating going on. However, the statistics for men being cheaters outweigh that of women.

Here are the 2 essential reasons men cheat on you, whether you're a woman or man.

#1 - Men have 'egos'!!!! - one's image of oneself or sometimes one's exagerated image of oneself.

#2 - Men have the need to feel 'appreciated'.- An expression of gratitude.

#3 -Opportunity - A favorable or advantageous circumstance or combination of circumstances 

Egos that need to be fed constantly 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You have to learn what a man thinks of himself and you can measure his ego.

Appreciation is a big deal to men. Unlike women, words mean very little, it's all about what you do to show your appreciation. If a man feels he is appreciated, he will most likely never cheat.

Opportunity is on a whole nuva level.  If a guy finds himself with what he considers a supermodel and she's throwing the coochie at him, he will probably cheat.

Now, with that said. You need to feed his ego and show your appreciation, but if he's just not that into you and he meets Opportunity....you got a 50/50 chance that he won't cheat.

I continue to be disgusted by all the Black on Black crime that occurs each and every day. WTF is wrong with our people? As of this week, two gang rapes of teenage girls within the last month or so. A woman gives her baby to a drug dealer to be raped and murdered, the child was 5 years old.

I remember listening to the news and saying out loud 'PLEASE DON'T LET THIS/THESE FOOLS BE BLACK'. I can't even say that any more.

Parents are to blame, plain and simple.

Parents - step up your game and hold your child accountable for doing what's right.

Violence against girls and women have increased 120% in the country compared to 2008.

As the memorials and tributes become far and few between, don't forget to remember.  Don't forget to remember what happened on that day. Don't forget to remember the evilness that exists in the world. Don't forget to remember those who parished.  Don't forget to remember to live your life and cherish those that share that life with you..

It's almost over and it seems so fast.  Hopefully, you've enjoyed your summer as much as I've enjoyed mine. I had my first trip to Hawaii and I don't know why I don't live there..LOL

It is such a great place that shows all of natures beauty, from the trees, beaches and the sunsets.  Fantastic night life and of course shopping..OMG!  I can't wait to go back.

Had a great time this summer and it's not over yet, so gotta take in some Mariner games and hopefully a Seahawks game before the weather turns cool. The fairs and festivals this summer have been very refreshing.  However, we do need a local Blues festival in the Seattle area.
