Untitled MTV Singing Group Project
Lamont Pete Entertainment is casting an Untitled MTV Singing Group Project. A reality competition that pits the hottest up-and-coming singing groups of any genre together to compete for a $100,000!
Singing Groups must have at least three members--no solo or duo acts. Don't even ask! Instruments are okay, but not there isn't a lot of space for amps and equipment. Groups may perform with instruments. Singing groups may be of any ethnicity, but all members must appear to be within the ages of 18-26 years old. Music groups may perform any style of music, but must be able to perform content that is TV-friendly. Music covers are okay, but offensive, violent, or overly suggestive lyrics are prohibited.
Auditions are held by appt. only.
June 29th / Chicago
July 2nd / New York
July 5th / Miami
July 8th / Atlanta
July 12th / Los Angeles
To schedule an audition appointment, email realitytvcastingnp@yahoo.com, and indicate the name of your group your preferred audition city in the subject line. For example, The Dixie Chicks - Miami.
Submissions MUST include the names and ages of all of your group members, the name of your group, phone numbers, the type of music you perform, your MySpace Link, and PIX of the group. INCOMPLETE and BLIND SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DELETED!
NOTE: The groups must be 18 years old by July 2008! They will need to come to the audition prepared to perform two songs: one of their choosing (can be an original song or cover song) and one from our approved song list.
