Hope remixes and new online exclusive tracks

As a special post tour treat we have posted up a selection of web exclusive tracks from Amp for your listening pleasure; Funky Monday, The Box and You Must Be The One.

We also have a limited number of copies of Amp?s first ever recorded work that he produced with his brother Bubz back in 1990. ?Mr Fiddler - With Respect? is a great introduction to Amp?s earlier sound - a vital addition to anyones music collection. Copies are available at Amps online store on his website, and will be posted to anywhere in the world.

Amp has also chosen a winner in the ?Hope? remix competition that we recently ran in conjunction with DJ History. The winning mix was produced by Richard Lloyd with his ?Aprescouture Remix?. You can hear this mix and the mixes from the other two finalists on the music widget on Amp?s myspace ( www.myspace.com/ampfiddler ). For those who missed the deadline with submissions, please still send us through your mixes when they are done.

US tour update + Mr Fiddler CD re-issue!!!

4 dates down, 9 more to go!!!

Absolutley loving being back on the road again here in the States. Last night we played in Pontiac which is always a special one for me being from Detroit. Thanks and love to all those who came out for the show, and indeed for all the other ones we have played so far.
Me and the rest of the crew are on the tour bus now heading to Toronto for the show tonight at the Mod Club Theatre. Really looking forward to it.

A couple of other things...
We’ve got a limited number of copies of my first ever solo work available. Check out my online store and get yourself a copy of the album Mr Fiddler - With Respect! Me and my brother Bubz recorded it back in 1990!! We’ll post copies to anywhere in the world. With every purchase we’ll also send you some limited edition Afro Strut stickers and a discount voucher for future purchases through the online store.
Also, don’t forget to check out my messageboard if you get a chance. If you have a question you wanna ask me about music, politics or anything, its the best place for you to jot it down, and next time I’m online I’ll do my best to get round to answering it.
