Talented, fun..different and unique this is how I would describe my music and me as a person I would like to believe that my music is a step above or at least a step away from the rest there is great music out there but I really want to take it back to the old school, tell a story with the music songs that make you visualize what is being sung about.
R&B has always been a part of my life from Michael Jackson, Al B. Sure..to the Isley's listening to my mother sing everyday, and going to church where there was plenty of singing it shouldn't be a surprise that I took it up...I was singing the words to these songs before I knew what they meant. Now that I have my own stories to tell and experiences I feel that I have the talent to showcase what I have to say, I come out of Indianapolis, IN deep in the midwest where there is plenty of undiscovered talent it seems that the south and the east coast get all the love well I think its our time to shine. When it comes to my music I love to instill a little storyline in it I like to tell a mini story whether it be about meeting a girl in the club, to romancing I have a mix of old school, and new school in my music I keep it fun, sexy and funky if you know what I mean. I write all my material and I hope to work with some big names in the future to further my talent and learn from them.....I really want my music to reach many people...
I have been in a few talent shows and I only sung at church once..unlike most artist who all seem to have been church superstars first. I am currently on numerous sites trying to up my buzz I was chosen by my making the label as a contestant on there reality show, I have been introduced to many names now I believe its time for me to get a shot I have the drive, the talent, and the know-how to get it done...currently I am working on a street tape entitled "HeyLadies" and my album thats going to be called "The journal" i'm looking to work with many names on these.
Hopefully in the end I will reach the point that I want to get to I will keep pursueing this dream to the end....music is life me enjoy my music...and spread the word K-Tee is coming.
