about the artist

My name is Zinzi Miller, and I am originally from Clinton Maryland. I started playing the piano at age 7, and started singing in my teens. I come from a very musical family. My grandfather Claude "Bubba" Miller was a jazz saxophonist, and my great-grandfather played the piano in church. I have learned the classics: J.S. Bach, Johannes Brahams, F. Chopin, L. Beethoven, and Debussy. I won 3 state piano competitions, and won a scholarship to Liberty University. I attended George Mason University for piano performance. I am currently an independent piano teacher and I began a music lesson business (Z. Miller Music) in the fall of 2005.

I started writing music off and on since high school. But, after graduating from Mason, I experienced life challenges, and it inspires me create more music. I began to fall in love with music because I began to love myself. I found out that I am music, and music is inside of me. So, I decided to compose an album about my self-discovery due to come out the spring of 2008.

Song changes

Life has delayed my production once again, but I am not going to allow it to drag me down. I am making some changes to my songs. I will be recording the vocal part in 2 weeks. I removed "Love Myself". The next time you will hear it will be entirely complete. Thanks for all the support.
