Television, Film, and Radio Veteran , De Rixey brings over 41years of experience working in the television, film, radio, broadcast industry. raised in New York City, Mr. De Rixey started his broadcasting career at an early age at a local television station in 1965, as a student producer for a teen television show, since that time he has worked on and off Broadway and television as an actor, directed and produced for television, been an on air radio personality in NY, D.C. LA , a radio program director here in Los Angeles, a US Army broadcast officer, and print journalist. he has also worked as a field reporter for ABC Television affiliate, in South America, Panama, and parts of the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. De Rixey holds credentials in both TV, Radio, and Print Journalism, he also holds credentials in tv/film directing and producing, theater, tv/film editing, digital audio engineering, and music composition. Mr. De Rixey has taught Broadcasting, Voice-overs, digital audio engineering, and Microsoft applications at various, colleges workshops, and community forums. In addition to numerous awards, in 1991, Mr. De Rixey, received the Golden Star Halo Award, from the Southern California Motion Picture Council Hollywood, for his achievements to the Television, and Motion Picture Industry as a Producer, Director, and Actor. In 2006 he help arranged auditions for the NBC Television "American Idol" spin-off show "America's Got Talent" as a talent producer. Mr. De Rixey is currently Producer/Director for KIMOA Broadcast Entertainment, Hollywood, inaddition a studio director and producer for The American Radio and Television Network in Hollywood, he is also co-manager for "Rahmlee" Michael Davis a former member of "Earth, Wind and Fire and "Phil Collins Grammy award winning musical groups. De Rixey is currently developing additional projects that include feature films and television shows. De Rixey's advice to others is that you always put God 1st and lhe will give you the desires of your heart, to you it may be slow....but stay focus no matter what...he will take care of you in TIME!!.....you have to remember that we are part of his plan....it's up to you to follow his path!!...also love your family...stay close...BLACK PEOPLE Stop using the "N" , "B", and "Ho" words in our music and everyday conversations, too many of our people have died for that "N" word.....What is happening to us...where have we gone.......we have to respect each other....we have come too far....TEACH OUR YOUTH!!
