I'm focusing on being as grateful and as present as I can be in my life. Taking all that comes with grace and faith. There is so much to be grateful for! I fulfill many roles but try not to become any of them. Being as free of labels and baggage as I can be is an ongoing goal.
I love this social networking, web 2.0 thing...all about giving, helping and spreading goodness...at least that's how I see it.

My Mission:
It is my purpose in life to Serve.
I will serve to build the capacity
Of individuals, organizations and Society

I will build capacity:
By coaching individuals
By training and facilitating groups within organizations
By writing books to inform and transform
By connecting families to build legacies

My goal is to help people to perform their necessary functions, meet challenges and solve problems and set and achieve their goals.

This is called Capacity Development and it's what I was place here to do.
