I reside in beautiful Brownsville, Texas. A city on the southern tip of Texas surrounded by countryside, ranches and farmland, and dotted with "resacas." It is not a large city, it has a population of only about 150,000 people but it is where I call home. It is peaceful, and is situated along the gulf coast, where the serene Rio Grande River meets the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I have lived here for about 3 years and I have enjoyed it (it is one of Texas' best kept secrets).

I was born in Austin, Texas, but I grew up in Torrance, California, a beach city outside of Los Angeles. I joined the U.S. Army when I was 18 and after separation from the Army I resettled here.

I am a bit of an audiophile. I enjoy all types of music from Hip Hop to Pop and everything in between, Electronic/Techno, Alternative, Baroque/Classical/Romantic/Mod ern Symphony, Jazz, Screw, Latin/Salsa/Merengue, Rock, Crunk, Reggaeton, Metal, Gangsta Rap, and even some Country. However I am most partial to R&B, Slow Jams, Hip Hop, and Jazz. I guess it is most like my personality, sincere, easy going, and subtle yet sweet

I love movies, whether it is the theatre experience, or whether I stay in and make it a blockbuster night. I like action/adventure, drama, comedies, romance when I'm with that special someone, science fiction, fantasy, cult films, mysteries, foreign and independent films, and anime (as long as it's tasteful).. :-)

There are a lot of words people might use to describe me, young, grown, sexy, mature, easygoing, shy, outgoing, ambitious, dedicated, loyal, honest, determined, intelligent, airhead, scholar, driven, educated, simple, complex, hard, soft, and the list goes on...

I love to travel I have visited over 20 different countries across 4 continents. I love to have fun wherever I am at, examples of an ideal first date for me could be a nice dinner and a movie, however I would be just as enthusiastic to go to a carnival and enjoy a slice of pizza, or go and race at the kart track, or just go to the beach! :) If you are trying to figure me out or I suggest you find out for yourself by sending me a note..
