I was told to post this on my pageby Ms/Susie & you DON'T SAY NO TO HER:......"Men are inappropriate in and outside of the workplace.".....Ms.Susie, this statement is an over generalization of my gender. Without a doubt these actions are prevelant today but not ALL MEN would disrespect you like this. The Culture today supported by the "Pressa Man" who evidently still believes that you are beneath him & like a Slave are "Owned By Him". I can reasonably believe that the owner of a hip hop label is black, and his father the same, so it tends to reason that the "Rights" of the Pressa Man has been absorbed into our culture also. To answer the question what can be done about it let's learn something from the verdict in the E Jean Carroll news. One final note for everyone: PLEASE DOCUMENT YOUR EXPERIENCES ON A DAILY BASIS. A JUDGE GIVES MORE WEIGHT TO "WHAT IS WRITTEN BETWEEN THE 4 CORNERS" MORE THAN SOMEONES MEMORY.I speak from experience.

Being raised in a two Parent home where my Dad held a steady job & Mom didn't work until my baby sister started 1st grade seems to be as much a curse as it was a blessing. The Quality of SuperWoman that she was is hard to come by these days.

2+2 = 4. My Teacher taught me that this is Correct ADDITION. LIFE has taught me that the SQUARE ROOT of SIXTEEN is equally CORRECT to that equation. So is 1 x 4 in Multiplication. My question: Do you THINK BEFORE SPEAKING YOUR CONFLICTING LANQUAGE REGARDING ANOTHERS VIEWPOINT? Do you Contemplate the TRUISM of a seemingly opposing statement before Flexing your verbal muscle? In my previous life I would have terminated the employment of some of you Small Minded folk. REPENT while you still have time, IJS.

The Georgia Senate race is indicative of the popularity of the Step&Fetchit over an Accomplished Black Man. Even in our community, we favor a weak man over a Strong & Verbal Man which must be a "Threat" to our precious Egos & Self Worth. If He appears to have a Different or Opposing view we simply Block him out. It's too easy to do so than to HEAR & ANALIZE what he brings to the table. Boardroom or bedroom, same same.
