I am truly loving my life! I am living with presence, enthusiam and managing my bucket list! I am so glad I was able to retire and continue to live my life even more fully! I have a business that reflects my passion for my creative endeavors and leverage my gifts in working with people who want to be the best at having what they want with integrity.

I work with individuals, groups, and the youth in their quest of healing as well as deeper understanding of self. I support viewing life from a place of abundance rather than scarcity. I am currently working on my book which I intend to publish in 2011. I have two published poetry books titled;" Naked Journey and Soulverse"


I am an artist and I promote wellness in the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual in order to strike a balance in all domains...not one of those domains should be neglected! I am one of the Creator's ongoing projects! Love and light to you all!

Random Distractions
I want to be more than a random distraction, I want to titillate your senses more than once a month. Stroking your skin in moments not tied to an ending Kissing your lips without knowing I have to stop. Licking your chin while feeling you smile in satisfaction Riding your hips while watching your youthful glow Hearing your moans ending only by my touch That precedes another and another. I want the heat of your desire to permeate my existence. I want the flames culminating from our desire for one another, doused out only by our passion for another.



Fade to Black

As tender as I try to take it, It does not ease the pain. You had made up your mind in the beginning, this was a temporary thing. Real commitment does not have a line In your dictionary, nor does honesty! Your agenda is the only agenda. You need to succeed at all cost, That is your credo! It is unfortunate that alone Is the only way you see yourself. Rest assured that I will be okay. I have lost nothing that I did not want to give. My feelings for you are a temporary matter, I will get them under control. Knowing that as I move on, You will become a dim whisper on a cold night. You and your name will become difficult for me to remember. br>
