Hello Everybody,

My name is Lynnette AKA Nettedee8. I am now a 45 year old black women. I have been told by many I look too young to have grown Children. Thats cool but I am proud to be 45. Just think I am working on making me a healthier person. I would like to say this first, I run things in my world. I am just Looking for friends not a lover or a Soul mate. Now I know you want to know what are you doing on black planet? Who knew, heard about it, tried it out. Now I am here. I am not vain or shallow, but I have a high selfesteem. I don't consider myself as a hard person to get along with but I have standards that I stick with.

Live life to the fullest, if in love give it more than 100%, and don't accept less than what you are willing to give.

I enjoy people. I love my career choice and I know, I make my parents proud everyday doing my job. I am a nurse 24/7. and loving it.

Things I like to do:

Reading fiction or non fiction, learning new stuff, sewing, surf the net, writting short stories, long walks in the park, art shows ( I wanted to be a painter). SHOPPING, Vacations, and if i can shop while on vacation hey it is considered that to be the bomb vacation.

My goals: Retire at 55. Let him or them, run the business?

Make everyday a Saturday.

Take a long cruise.

I have to say it is hot down south, an for a person not born and raise in New Orleans, I am ready for a change. Maybe I will move to a small town in Texas. They treated me right post Katrina. So look out small town America, nettedee8 is on the way, one day soon.

Dont get me wrong New Orleans was great for 20 years but I am in for a change. The kids are grown, Time for a mid life crisis.

Oh before I go I love my JOB but I can't take it with me so I will leave it behind.
