I am willing to beet money, if it taste good African Americans will buy and eat it, especially our women. We make choices off of feeling and taste, not logic and reasoning. Our female is the most emotional and taste oriented, if it smells good, look good, taste good she will eat it. She is the hardest to get to eat right, and the most important member to convince to eat right, because she prepares meals for all of us.

I dont know where you get your info on black women from but being a black woman and the bw that I know are the most pickest eaters on the planet for example you couldnt hardly pay us to eat someone elses cooking if we know it came from someone we dont know....we have to have our food nuked and just right or any food if we eat out the food has to be nuked even if its not suppose to be i worked at a burger king when I was younger and all the black women were very picky I think you got us mixed up with other races specially white women they are the ones who like going around taste testing every thing

you say soul food is junk food I beg to differ even nutrionist ....greens colard mustard or turnips are the best vegatable that you can eat its good for your skin hair and it is rich in anti oxidents i even juice it is loaded with vitamins, so are sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes which is mostly nothing but starch beans are full of protein they can be eating instead of meat chicken is better than eating beef and if you fry it its the same as eating beef which takes I think two years to fully digest or something like that....

I think you were miss informed about most of what you said and I'm surprised even though I try and eat a healthy meal breackfast lunch and dinner
