BUT IF AN EMPLOYER ASKS A WOMAN IF SHE PLAN ON STARTING A FAMILY OR ON GETTING PREGGO THEN THEY CAN SUE

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS CAUSE ITS NOT RIGHT THAT WOMEN CAN GET TO SUE JUST FOR THAT CUZ IT SEEMS LIKE THAT IS EXACTLY WATS GOIN ON.
THEY GOT THEMSELVES PREG BUT WANNA SUE THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR FOR SOME TYPE OF UNFAIR TREATMENT.

Hommel said she was hired as a senior director of scheduling and acquisitions at the network in 2010. She claims she received positive performance reviews and was on track to become a vice president. However, she was forced to take medical leave during her pregnancy and was replaced by a temporary employee who gradually took on her duties.
It more likely the Temp did a better job and exposed Carolyn Hommels sub-par work.I guess the employer after paying for two employees was suppose to keep the least efficient one?
