If I had a choice between a SALES TAX or an INCOME TAX..... I would choose the SALES TAX.

With the sales tax, I would have to purchase something before I pay any taxes......INCREASING PURCHASING POWER.

With the income tax, the Government take the money out of my check which is money I don't get a chance to spend.......therefore REDUCING my purchasing power.

You made a good a point,which makes the case of less revenues to run the government and less consumer spending.This would only results in higher fees for other services,either a certain amount of money has to be collected to run the States governments.I love the way Red states say there reduce taxes by raising fees on everything.A tax is tax whether its fee or a tax.Stop and think if a states operating budget is 10 billion then they have to raise that much in revenues so changing the tax or fee structure only shifts the burden from group to the other.

IF MONEY supply is returned to the nations people
and the nations people printed their money at interest and debt free
there will be no need for sales nor living wage tax
the only tax will be is co-operated tax and income tax ( rightfully profit tax ) derived from the investment of living wage
as is right now them crime proponents called politricians
are unlawfully taxing people's living wages and calling those living wages income
instead of compensation for services rendered.
