Rand Paul, Obama & Black Unemployment

Sen. Rand Paul says "black unemployment in America is double white unemployment" and "hasn't budged" under President Obama. Actually, the black unemployment rate is lower now than when Obama took office, and the gap between the races is below the historical average. The black unemployment rate has averaged more than double the white rate for several decades.

hmmmm i'm the only black American black anything employed on my shift....sooooo where they at??? not on my shift. I'm the token. lol But at any rate, Thank YOU, LORD, that I am gainfully employed whew!!! and amen!!! lol :)

and sometimes I am a target by my equals on the floor.
But my bosses and other equal employees on the floor always stand up for me b/c I have shown myself to be honest, diligent, intelligent, friendly w/ a great positive personality, reliable and dependable, trustworthy, compliant to company's and state's rules of operation, caring and considerate, not wasteful in time or finance, helpful, and a team player. I am protected from 'office politics' b/c I don't have time for those self-gratifying games. I do edifying and uplifting.
But when targeted by my equals, I will defend myself with truth and compassion for the 'mis-guided enemy' as is appropriate conduct... unless I have to catch her in the parking lot for a woman to woman 'chat' :) to eliminate the hostile work environment. uggg

In the area where I reside, most blacks are retired or unemployed or on some type of gov't financing. I can count male and female workforce.

Soooooo, if this is a scene of historically low umemployment rate for black America it looks pretty grim from here.
