This is without a doubt a bad historical legal precedent among others in the Dominican Republic toward their marginalized Dominican citizenry of Haitian ancestry.

Hopefully, they will find an equitable resolution for all parties involved once their economic saviors in the imperial north under Pres. Obama, pass their own immigration reform (that will further marginalize Africans in America who's ancestors toiled uncompensated this land, for generations).

On a lighter note. Although Haiti is denied funds from billions donated for disaster relief by its puppet regime; has anyone seem Sammy Sosa of the DR lately!?

I'm thinking blood bank donations for the marginalized, to ease immigration status alone.
