Jill Scott lost 63lb ! Keep It Jill, Be a Good Example To Black Women.




She lost 63lb in 2 years, she did it eating three low fat meals a day and doing 60 minutes of cardio and strength training three times a week. She got down to 200lb and plans to lose more as she should. This is good news and she's following in the foot steps of Jennifer Hudson and Monique.
