No problem everyone...

It just shows that we need to stick together or else it will be that much easier to tear us apart as a people. I remember when she asked around to see if anyone had an old version of the Matrix, as the older version on tape had parts missing that quoted word for word from her script.

Interestng, browneye... so I looked it up and read on wikipedia that it was not dismissed in the last section... but thanks for the head's up.

"According, for the foregoing reasons, (1) Defendant Gary S. Brown's Motion to Dismiss ( docket #14) is DENIED and his Motion to Change Venue to the Central District of Los Angeles, CA (docket #15) is DENIED; (2) Defendant Dean Webb's Motion to Dismiss (docket #18) is DENIED and his Alternative Motion to Change Venue (docket #26) is DENIED; (3) Defendant Michael T. Stoller's Motion to Dismiss (docket #20) is DENIED and his Motion to Change Venue (by joining in other Defendants' motions) is DENIED; (4) Defendant Jonathon Lubell's Motion to Dismiss (docket #21) is DENIED, and his Motion to Change Venue (docket #22) is DENIED. Defendants are directed to file an Answer to the Complaint by no later than September 23, 2008."

DATED this 28th day of August, 2008.

BY THE COURT:
DALE A. KIMBALL
United States District Judge

So although I guess at this time it was not dismissed, it's not won,either... but it looks like the defendants (Time Warner) have until the 23rd to respond.

Thanks again.

Ne w York Times papers/magazines, LA Times papers/magazines, People Magazine, CNN s, Extra, Celebrity Justice, EntertainmentTonight, HBO, Line Cinema, Dreamworks, sweek, Village Roadshow..many, many more!................Damn another CONSPIRICY solved!!!!!!!
