my oldest will be 21 on labor day weekend. we are going to Disney World to celebrate. I'm so psyched. I don't know what's more awesome, that we are going to DW, or that she wants to spend her 21st with her momma. :)

yesterday was my 40th birthday. it started with an injection in my foot causing me to have to stay off it, and my car to go into the shop for a couple days to repair my abs system. thankful for warranties. today I get to figure out how to get to/from work because my car might be in the shop until tomorrow. happy birthday to me. ugh.

my best friend is currently serving a 15 year sentence for intoxicated vehicular manslaughter. he's served 10 of those years as of November. He was denied parole again. Yet sex offenders repeatedly are released after doing very short periods of their time. I just don't get it.

question, I am going to be 40 next month. My girls are 19 and 20. Why are so many 20 somethings trying to talk to me? Not just here either. IRL too. What is really going on? I'm not here looking for love, just conversation, so....
