I would describe myself as a tall, dark, pretty good looking, intellectual, and detail oriented man. Being my heavenly father's creation, I just like to try and pay attention to all that's going around me, whether or not I completely acknowledge it. A problem solver, I love computer games like free cell, spider solitaire etc... I would say my personality mirrors my music style- smooth jazz, classic soul and today's R&B. You'll catch me singing songs from classic and today's R&B music era. I'm a 32 year "old soul" at heart and that is just a man being honest. Physically, I'm 6'4", 235 lbs athletic man, basketball and tennis are my favorite sports but I enjoy playing and watching most others too. I enjoy, reading, writing (and arithmetic, just playing) and watching good (and some not so good) movies every now and then. Somewhat of a homebody love chilaxing at home but, I enjoy going out just as much from time to time. Working out on a regular basis just trying to get tight and keep it tight.

 

I am a man who believes in comradery, companionship, cooperation and completion! I am a man who believes when the Lord God created the first man He created him complete, He created him whole, He created him perfectly! Then the Lord, in an effort to give the man an earthly companion, took a rib away from the man making him incomplete, un-whole and imperfect; in order to form woman. I believe God present-ed woman to the man as a gift because of the relationship He had with the man; as a friend, worker, confidant, lover, and support; and the attraction and LOVE the man had for the woman, was at its purest and unmatched by any other being on the creation called Earth. To return to a small level of this LOVE implemented then, in its purest and divine form is the path upon our journey, in which we must reacquaint ourselves with; and is the pathway I myself look forward to embarking on. 

 

When God created us He created us (man and woman) to work and most important to work TOGETHER with a divine balance! Unfortunately, our comradery, companionship, cooperation, completion and work has been made ‘deathly’ more difficult due to our disobedience. But, the key is the word difficult, not impossible! We were made to fit together in many more ways and functions other than the "popular" or "worldly" aspects. Woman-from a mans side to be by a mans side not just as a beautiful spectacle and spectator but a LOVING helper and supporter. Man-LOVING and caring most for the part taken from him, given back to complete him. As time has continued, that balance we were created in has been incredibly and disappointingly altered and all but destroyed; but yet and still I believe the balance can be rebuilt and again real LOVE can be found for everybody once again!                        

 

To build, have and share life and LOVE is a desire which I believe we all carry; all the way down into the core of our very make-up. No matter how blinded, hateful, ignorant or morally corrupted most of this world has become, everybody wants to encounter a chance at being in LOVE. (Well depending on their definition of LOVE I guess)  Discovering and learning ways to re-establish balance, continuity and cooperation back into our relationships and LOVE and open a door back to the way it was CREATED to be! We need to start having some real, honest, truthful and definitive discussions regarding the state of LOVE and relationships in all of American as well as African American society.  

Whatever happened to valuing your morals, valuing your virtue, valuing your values? Whatever happened to the type of beauty, grace, nobleness and modesty that illuminates the woman’s beauty not just on the outside but also from her spirit within? Gorgeous looks and sexy body are always desirable but, to have a woman with those AND a GREAT spirit is becoming a bit hard to find and, as it is said the cover never tells the whole story.  Completing your existence with another person takes an amount of compromise, patience, cooperation, sacrifice and balance, that so many nowadays take for granted or plain just do not accept. We are so quick to call lust LOVE, its real definition has become lost over time and buried underneath our ignorance.

Evolving into manhood I look back at different mindsets established and we still carry today. I find it really funny how men can see another man with an absolutely beautiful woman on his arm and make a statement like this: 'Now, that is a lucky man." How do we know that? Now yeah, she can have lips, hips and fingertips and be the total package you like physically and to the eye (i.e. Eva Menendez, Serena Williams, and Kim Kardashian) and truthfully, what man does not a woman who looks like that? But, what else does she bring to this mans life beyond looks and sex appeal? Now, like stated before attraction is desirable, and is signifcantly important to maintaining and growing a lifetime relationship but, if her worth does not go beyond that, you may soon find out you are wasting valuable time and effort on someone not worth the time and effort. 

Experience has taught me I need to search for a woman who is ready, willing and able to work at LOVE in order to make it EASY to handle and last a LIFETIME.
